Le Technicien Informatique sera responsable du support informatique de niveaux 1 et 2 et du soutien technique aux employés, tout en contribuant à la maintenance de l'infrastructure Microsoft et aux projets TI d'une entreprise d'environ 60 employés.

- Offrir le soutien technique de niveaux 1 et 2 aux employés
- Diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes matériels, logiciels et réseau
- Administrer Active Directory, Microsoft 365 et Entra ID
- Gérer l'onboarding, l'offboarding et l'inventaire du matériel TI
- Participer à la maintenance des serveurs, des sauvegardes et du réseau
- Contribuer aux projets de migration, de déploiement et de sécurité TI
- Travailler au cœur d'une équipe TI de 2 personnes
- Œuvrer dans un environnement sur Microsoft, serveurs physiques et virtuels
PROFIL
- 3+ années comme Technicien Informatique
- Maîtrise d'Active Directory, de Microsoft 365 et de Microsoft Entra ID
- Bonnes connaissances en réseautique (Wi-Fi, réseau privé virtuel, commutateurs)
- Autonomie et bonne capacité à résoudre des problèmes techniques
- Notions de support de niveau 3 (fort atout)
- Aisance avec Fortinet et la téléphonie IP (atout)
- Expérience en Amazon Web Services et Google Cloud Platform (atout)
- DEC ou BAC en informatique ou l'équivalent
- Bilinguisme (Français requis, Anglais fonctionnel)

- Work in an environment based on Microsoft, with physical and virtual servers
PROFILE
- 3+ years as an IT Technician
- Mastery of Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID
- Good knowledge of networking (Wi-Fi, virtual private network, switches)
- Autonomy and strong ability to solve technical problems
- Notions of level 3 support (strong asset)
- Ease with Fortinet and IP telephony (asset)
- Experience in Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud Platform (asset)
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
- Bilingualism (French required, English functional)
