Le Directeur TI sera responsable de la gestion des opérations TI d’une organisation manufacturière multisite en Amérique du Nord, dans un environnement applicatif d’entreprise SAP et Epicor soutenant des systèmes critiques.

- Diriger les initiatives TI de l’organisation en Amérique du Nord
- Collaborer avec les différentes équipes afin de cerner leurs besoins TI
- Superviser les fournisseurs de services externes
- Gérer les budgets TI et les activités d’approvisionnement
- Renforcer la posture en cybersécurité et coordonner la gestion des incidents
- Travailler au cœur d’une équipe d’environ 15 à 20 personnes
- Œuvrer dans un environnement sur SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC et Epicor
PROFIL
- 5+ années comme Directeur TI durant les 15 dernières années
- Expérience de gestion TI en environnement manufacturier multisite
- Solide compréhension des infrastructures TI et applications d’entreprise
- Bonne maîtrise des environnements SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC ou Epicor
- Capacité à mobiliser et superviser des équipes TI réparties sur plusieurs sites
- Fort esprit de collaboration avec les différentes parties prenantes d’affaires
- Passeport valide et disponibilité pour des déplacements occasionnels
- Certification ITIL ou PMP (atout)
- BAC en informatique ou l’équivalent
- Bilinguisme requis (Français et Anglais)

PROFILE
- 5+ years as an IT Director in the last 15 years
- Experience managing multi-site IT environments in manufacturing
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and enterprise applications
- Good command of SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC or Epicor environments
- Ability to mobilize and oversee IT teams across multiple sites
- Strong collaborative mindset with various business stakeholders
- Valid passport and availability for occasional travel
- ITIL or PMP certification (asset)
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
- Bilingualism required (French and English)
