Responsabilités :
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec la direction pour fournir des analyses financières, des recommandations et des rapports de gestion
- Superviser le processus d'audit annuel des états financiers en collaboration avec les auditeurs externes et les membres de la direction
- Préparer des documents financiers pour les conseils d'administration et valider la conformité aux normes IFRS
- Répondre aux questions de comptabilité et soutenir la prise de décisions en collaborant avec d'autres départements
- Diriger une équipe de professionnels de la comptabilité
Qualifications :
- Minimum de 6 ans d'expérience en comptabilité publique ou en reporting financier dans un contexte d'entreprise
- CPA idéalement ou une experience en cabinet d'audit
- Solide connaissance des normes IFRS
- Maitrise du Francais et de l'anglais pour la gestion des filiales hors Québec.

- Work closely with senior management to provide financial analysis, recommendations, and management reports

- Prepare financial documents for boards and validate compliance with IFRS standards
- Respond to accounting questions and support decision-making by collaborating with other departments
- Lead a team of accounting professionals
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in accounting firm or in financial reporting in a corporate setting
- CPA or experience in audit firm
- Strong knowledge of IFRS
- Strong skills in French and English to manage the relations with the international subsidiaries.
