Unicor Industries is a custom injection molding manufacturer serving multinational companies across North America since 1971.

Our facility was purpose-built for injection molding in 1981. Today, we operate 22 machines ranging from 25 to 1,800 tons across three shifts, producing precision plastic components from 1g to 15kg for automotive, lighting, mining, electronics, and industrial applications.

What sets us apart: Our average customer relationship spans 15 years. Our longest runs 35 years. That longevity reflects our commitment to operational excellence, reliable delivery, and partnerships built on trust.

Our growing in-house engineering team delivers end-to-end solutions from design and prototyping through tooling, production, and fulfillment. We act as an extension of our clients’ technical teams, bringing creations to life with precision and expertise. Our investment in advanced robotics and lean manufacturing ensures efficiency and competitive pricing.

Sustainability and safety at the heart of what we do:

We use recycled materials wherever possible and design our automation to reduce energy consumption. We never manufacture single-use products. Everything we produce is built for long-term applications. ISO 9001:2015 certified and currently pursuing ISO 14001 environmental certification.
