Responsibilities
- Handle employment and labour matters from intake through resolution
- Represent clients in wrongful dismissal, severance, workplace, and human rights matters
- Draft legal documents, correspondence, and settlement materials
- Negotiate settlements and provide strategic legal advice
- Manage multiple files, deadlines, and client communications independently
Requirements
- Member in good standing with the Law Society of Alberta
- Experience in labour & employment and/or civil litigation
- Strong negotiation, communication, and client-management skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
