Pelletier & Associates Consulting (PAC) is an independent consulting engineering firm specializing in building technology infrastructure - telecommunications and physical security systems, Divisions 27 and 28.

We support public- and private-sector owners, property managers, and multidisciplinary design teams in planning, designing, and modernizing their technology infrastructure.

Our services include:

• technology audits and master plans; • structured cabling, fibre-optic infrastructure, and telecommunications rooms; • Wi-Fi networks and in-building cellular coverage; • telephony and communication systems; • video surveillance, access control, and intercom systems; • nurse call and wander management systems; • cost estimates, drawings and specifications, tendering, and project implementation oversight.

PAC serves the institutional, municipal, healthcare, education, commercial, and residential sectors, including seniors’ residences and multi-residential buildings.

Independent of manufacturers, distributors, and systems integrators, PAC develops its recommendations based on the owner’s needs, applicable standards, operational requirements, and the full life cycle of the assets.
