Job Title: Chatbot Content Developer
Location: Toronto, ON
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (1 days a week)

SKILLS REQUIRED:
- 5+ years of experience in Python/Java scripting, automation, and content transformation.
- Strong experience with Confluence, Markdown documentation, and content migration.
- Hands-on experience with Git, GitHub, Bitbucket, and documentation-as-code practices.
- Experience using GitHub Copilot and AI tools to improve documentation quality and automate processes.
- Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, chatbot knowledge sources, and documentation management standards.
