Founded in 2004, MITO sushi is a Canadian company that owns around 200 sushi counters, all around the province of Québec in supermarkets such as IGA and Metro. The company delivers directely to several grocery stores and also serves corporate clients (hotels, golf clubs, schools, hospitals, etc.) with its food service throughout the province of Quebec and New-Brunswick. It is present in more than 500 points of sale.

All products are freshly made by hand by our sushi chefs to offer you the best, most authentic Japenese experience. We guarentee the optimum taste and freshness, and every fish comes from responsible fishing.

In addition to sushis at the counter, it is now possible to make your own sushis and asian dishes at home with our range of retail products (seaweed, rice, sauces, etc.) available under the Mito brand on the shelves of your local supermarket.
