The International Indigenous Peoples Organization (IIPO) is an international Indigenous-focused nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening partnerships, cultural exchange, community development, education, and cooperation among Indigenous Peoples and communities around the world. IIPO was created to build meaningful bridges between Indigenous Peoples in Canada, Africa, and other regions by creating opportunities for dialogue, knowledge sharing, cultural exchange, capacity building, and sustainable community development. Our work focuses on connecting communities, institutions, governments, Indigenous leadership, civil society organizations, businesses, foundations, and international partners to develop initiatives that create lasting social, cultural, educational, and economic impact.
