eXalt-Fi provides specialized expertise to its clients, including Investment Banks, Asset Managers, Custodians, and FinTech companies. We support them in their day-to-day operations, from methodological consulting through to operational assistance.

Our consultants deliver both operational and hands-on development assignments across the entire Front-to-Back value chain. They also specialize in quantitative analysis and econometrics, contributing to trading activities throughout the pre-trade and post-trade lifecycle, as well as P&L analysis.

Risk management including Market, Credit, and Counterparty Risk is at the core of our clients’ challenges. We support them with risk modeling, data quality, risk indicator production, and risk analytics.

From a regulatory perspective, eXalt-Fi assists clients from the analysis of regulatory requirements through to assessing the impact of new directives on business processes and IT systems. We help financial institutions achieve regulatory compliance by managing KYC documentation during client onboarding and conducting KYC reviews as part of remediation programs. Our Compliance Officers also strengthen financial security frameworks by handling AML, sanctions, and embargo-related alerts.

Finally, eXalt-Fi leverages its expertise to support the Finance Departments of major corporations, which face operational and regulatory challenges similar to those encountered by investment banks.

Project Management is embedded in the DNA of our parent company, enabling us to support both business and IT teams throughout their transformation programs. Our consultants take on key roles such as Project Coordinator, Project Manager, PMO, Business Analyst, Functional Consultant (MOA), and Product Owner.
