estiatorio Milos

Présentation originale de l’entreprise

Founded in 1979, Milos is a pioneering hospitality group that began as a small restaurant in Montreal, Canada, with a clear mission: to elevate the sophistication of Greek cuisine on the global stage.

From the start, the menu remained simple and impeccably fresh. The New York Post famously declared, “Milos fish could only be fresher if it swam to your plate!”

Through nearly four decades of dedicated research, Milos has cultivated lasting relationships with local farmers and small-scale fisheries across Greece, Cyprus, Morocco, Tunisia, and Portugal - enabling the daily delivery of fresh fish and seafood by air.

Today, estiatorio Milos has expanded to major cities around the world, including New York, Athens, Las Vegas, Miami, West Palm Beach, Toronto, Montreal, London, Los Cabos, Singapore, and Dubai.

The group in addition offers private yacht charters in Greece under Milos at Sea and a Michelin Key hotel in Athens, Xenodocheio Milos.
