At Dansu Foods, it all started with a cherished memory and an inspiring mission. Our co-founder Dan grew up watching her Tibetan grandmother handcraft tofu amidst the serene Himalayan mountains. Driven by the desire to share these traditions, Dan left an established career to create a product that honours this heritage while embracing modern innovation.
