Founded as an AI agent company, Botpress has spent 10 years building the infrastructure that makes enterprise-grade AI support possible, with over 750,000 agents shipped. It handles the tickets that every other support tool escalates, works on top of any existing helpdesk or as a standalone, with no migration required and no per-seat cost.
There's no technical ceiling on what it can do, and developer-level control is available for teams that need to go further. And unlike its competitors, Botpress doesn't charge for per-seat costs or AI usage.
In 2025, Botpress raised a $25 million Series B round of funding led by investors like FRAMEWORK, Deloitte, HubSpot, and Inovia.
Botpress has been deploying chatbots since 2017. The company is headquartered in Quebec.
