4 semaines par an)

-----------------------------------
The future of retail is being shaped in stores. The strongest brands turn digital intent into qualified in-store traffic, deliver a personalized and differentiated customer experience, and measure its impact on revenue precisely.
Booxi is the platform that lets them run these experiences, measure their revenue impact, and soon predict what they will generate. More than 8,500 locations already use us, including Dior, Hermès, Sephora and L'Oréal.
To get there, we're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager who will become our go-to source on what our prospects and customers are living through, through ongoing customer research in the field. From that material, you feed our positioning, make it hold everywhere, and build the story that Sales and CS pick up and a retail executive committee remembers. With customer evidence in hand, you influence what we build, name, package and launch. A year from now, Sales, CS, Product and Marketing come to you to understand what's happening with our customers, and leave with evidence they reuse.
WHAT YOU'LL FIND AT BOOXI
- Positioning in progress: we're challenging it to claim our category, and your field evidence shapes the outcome
- A clear scope: you report to the Marketing Director and bring the market's voice and carry the message
- AI agents already at work: they produce market monitoring, battle cards and part of our decks, so your time goes to the field and to judgment
- A people-first culture built on flexibility, trust and autonomy
- Genuine attention to your work-life balance
WHAT YOU'LL DO AS SENIOR PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER
- You shape the product marketing function at Booxi: you set the standards, document the learnings, and build the foundation that lets the function scale with the company
- You gather the raw material yourself: customer interviews, store visits, Sales and CS calls, win/loss, starting from a hypothesis and coming back with proof
- You build relationships of trust: customers open their stores to you, and Sales, CS and Product come to you before a decision
- You sharpen our positioning against the status quo: vertical by vertical, from the sales pitch to our website pages
- You tell Booxi's story: the pitch, each vertical, each launch, starting from a customer scene
- You bring the market's voice into product decisions: what we build, what we call it, what goes into each offer and at what price
- You run the GTM roadmap with Product: launch tier, timing and market for each release, with teams ready to sell it on day one
- You equip Sales and CS: you choose the materials worth creating, produce them with our AI agents, and fix what they miss
- You measure what your work changes in the field and make it visible across the company
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- You genuinely care (Just Care): you treat customers, Sales and CS as true partners, and the quality of your work is how you show respect for the people carrying it into the field
- You take ownership (No Passengers): you own your scope from end to end without needing reminders, find a way forward when the path isn't clear, flag blockers early, and stay with the problem when it gets hard
- You're a team player (Succeed as One): you align early with Product and Sales, share information before being asked, contribute actively to cross-team challenges, and know the collective result is what matters
- You're curious to the core: you ask questions before executing, challenge the status quo when needed, and stay curious about new tools, including AI, other teams, and our industry
- You choose Booxi: our mission, our market, and what it means to build in a scale-up
YOUR PROFILE
- 6+ years in B2B, with a good share spent understanding a market and telling its story: product marketing, consulting, research or analysis. Your title matters less than what you moved
- You've led customer research yourself, and it moved a positioning or a decision
- You've evolved a positioning or a message based on what you heard in the field, and made it hold over time
- You've created a pitch that sales teams adopted and use in customer meetings
- You can tell a story that holds up in front of sales reps and a retail executive committee alike: a customer scene, a tension, a proof point, the outcome before the feature
- You've changed a product or commercial decision without having the authority
- You work with AI every day, you can tell what it misses and when your involvement is needed
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in French and English; your English holds up in front of a US retail executive, one of our priority markets
- (Nice to have) You know retail: retailer, brand or retail-tech
WHAT WE OFFER
- Generous vacation policy (min. 4 weeks per year)
- Full company closure from December 25 to January 1
- 2 personal days + unlimited sick days
- Group insurance
- $300 home-office allowance
- Flexible schedule and remote work
If you want to turn what happens in stores into our story, we'd love to talk.
