Responsabilités principales
- Gérer des dossiers sophistiqués et de grande envergure en matière d’acquisition, de disposition et de financement.
- Rédiger et négocier des lettres d’intention, des offres d’achat, des conventions d’achat-vente, des baux commerciaux et des documents de sûretés standards relatifs aux financements hypothécaires.
- Représenter les intérêts d’investisseurs et de promoteurs immobiliers dans diverses transactions, incluant les acquisitions et dispositions (qu’il s’agisse d’un actif unique ou d’un portefeuille), la location commerciale, le financement et la mise en place de structures de partenariat.
- Préparer la documentation corporative liée au financement, telle que les résolutions, les certificats de dirigeant et les opinions corporatives.
Qualifications
- Membre en règle du Barreau du Québec.
- Expérience de minimum trois (3) ans en droit immobilier commercial transactionnel.
- Parfaitement bilingue, français et anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.

- Capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément et à respecter les échéanciers des clients.
- Esprit entrepreneurial, fortes compétences en rédaction, en analyse et en organisation.
- Proactivité, débrouillardise et capacité à apprendre rapidement.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing sophisticated and high-profile acquisition, disposition and financing files.
- Representing the interests of real estate investors and developers in a wide range of transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions (whether it be a single asset or portfolio transaction), commercial leasing, financing and partnership structures.
- Drafting and negotiating letters of intent, offers to purchase, agreements of purchase and sale, commercial leases and standard security documents with respect to mortgage-back financing.
- Preparing corporate documents related to financing, such as authorizing resolutions, officer certificates and corporate opinions.
Qualifications
- Member of the Québec in good standing.
- Minimum three (3) years experience in transactional commercial real estate law.
- Fully bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written.

- Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously and meet client deadlines.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong drafting, analytical and organizational skills.
