Our client, a leader in the financial industry, is looking to add an Administrative Support Clerk to their team in downtown Calgary on a contract basis. This position will work within the Workplace Experience team to manage the overall client and team experience in the office, workplace operations, event support, and amenities coordination.
The Responsibilities For This Role Include
- Serve as a welcoming first point of contact for clients, guests, vendors and team members
- Maintain the presentation, cleanliness and functionality of client-facing and common spaces
- Coordinate meeting room setups, catering, event logistics, and hospitality services
- Support the delivery of workplace amenities and onsite services
- Manage workplace service requests, scheduling and ad-hoc administrative activities
The Qualifications For This Role Are
- 1+ year of relevant experience in office administration or facilities support
- Intermediate technology skills with MS Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to multi-task effectively and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Previous experience with facilities management would be an asset
