TALTEK is looking to fill the following position for one of its clients:

Integration Platform Manager

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an Integration Platform Manager for one of our clients in Montreal area. Reporting to the Director, Integration Services, the Integration Platform Manager is responsible for the governance, adoption, optimization, and evolution of the organization's integration and automation platforms. This role acts as the primary liaison between IT teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to maximize platform value and support business needs.

We are prioritizing candidates who have owned and managed an enterprise SaaS, automation, iPaaS, integration, or comparable technology platform from a business, governance, operating model, and financial management perspective, rather than profiles primarily focused on technical integration delivery, implementation, or solution architecture.

Demonstrated experience in the following areas is highly desirable:

Enterprise platform ownership and operating model management
Platform consumption management, capacity planning, and forecasting
Financial transparency, showback, and chargeback models
Platform governance, policies, controls, and compliance oversight
Business-unit onboarding, adoption, and enablement strategies
Value realization measurement and executive-level reporting
Vendor, licensing, and commercial contract management
Center of Excellence (CoE) development, maturity, and federated governance models

These capabilities are particularly important as the organization continues to expand its integration and automation strategy through a GEARS (Govern, Enable, Adopt, Run, and Scale) framework. The successful candidate will help guide the evolution toward a hybrid Center of Excellence model that combines centralized governance with increasingly distributed business execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and maintain backend and frontend components for enterprise applications and microservices.
Contribute to modernization initiatives aimed at improving system architecture, performance, and maintainability.
Design and implement new features that support business and operational needs.
Collaborate with developers, analysts, stakeholders, and cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality solutions.
Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot technical issues, debug applications, and optimize performance across services and databases.
Contribute to the evolution of engineering standards, development practices, and technical tooling.
Stay current with industry trends and share knowledge within the team.

REQUIREMENTS

University degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Manage platform governance, standards, and operating processes.
Drive platform adoption across business units.
Partner with stakeholders to identify integration, automation, and process improvement opportunities.
Maintain the platform roadmap aligned with business priorities.
Monitor platform utilization, costs, performance, and value metrics.
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and renewals.
Ensure compliance with security, architecture, and governance requirements.
Provide reporting and recommendations to leadership.
Bilingual (French/English) required for daily communications outside Quebec.
Hybrid (3 days in the office)
