Nous recherchons un(e) Ingénieur(e) IA / AI Engineer expérimenté(e) pour participer à une importante initiative de transformation par l’intelligence artificielle dans le secteur des services financiers.
La personne sera responsable de la conception, du développement et du déploiement de solutions d’IA générative, d’agents IA, d’assistants intelligents et de workflows automatisés, de la conception jusqu’à la mise en production.
Compétences recherchées :
- 5+ années d’expérience en développement logiciel, ingénierie IA, automatisation ou domaine connexe
• Expérience concrète dans le déploiement de solutions IA en production
• IA générative et LLMs
• RAG – Retrieval-Augmented Generation
• Développement d’agents IA / Agentic AI
- Automatisation de workflows
- Intégration d’API et de systèmes d’entreprise
- Évaluation et optimisation de solutions IA
- Python, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, Git, CI/CD et SQL

We’re looking for an experienced AI Engineer to join a major enterprise AI transformation initiative within the financial services sector.
You will design, develop and deploy Generative AI solutions, AI agents, intelligent assistants and automated workflows, taking AI use cases from concept through production.
Key skills:
- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering, Automation or related technical disciplines
• Hands-on experience deploying AI solutions into production
• Generative AI & LLMs
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• AI Agent Development / Agentic AI
- Enterprise system and API integration
- AI solution evaluation and optimization
- Python, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, Git, CI/CD and SQL
Preferred technologies: Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Claude, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Services, Power Platform, Azure and AWS.
