Position Summary
Mark Edwards Apparel is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our Operations team.
Reporting to the Logistics Manager, the Logistics Coordinator will support the day-to-day activities across both Logistics and Traffic, including shipments, receiving, invoicing, order follow-up, warehouse coordination, and operational reporting.
This role has a strong operational and administrative component, with an added focus on systems, data accuracy, and process efficiency. The successful candidate will act as a shared resource across Logistics and Traffic and will help ensure information flows accurately and efficiently across the business.
We are looking for someone who is organized, technically comfortable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational and administrative support to both the Logistics and Traffic teams
- Maintain accurate shipment, order, and receiving data across internal systems
- Prepare and maintain weekly reports on order and shipment status
- Work with Excel and internal systems to track, organize, and review operational information
- Identify discrepancies, shipment issues, or potential delays and escalate them in a timely manner
- Assist with process improvements, reporting, and maintaining data accuracy across the department
What You Bring to the Team
- DEC in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Comfortable working with systems, data, and technology
- Ability to learn new systems and operational processes quickly
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with ERP, WMS, EDI, transportation, or order-management systems is considered an asset
- French and English, written and spoken, as the role requires communication in English with clients, suppliers, warehouses, carriers, and business partners outside Quebec

Vêtements Mark Edwards est à la recherche d’un(e) coordonnateur(trice) logistique pour se joindre à notre équipe des opérations.
Relevant du gestionnaire de la logistique, le ou la coordonnateur(trice) logistique soutiendra les activités quotidiennes des équipes de logistique et de transport, notamment les expéditions, la réception, la facturation, le suivi des commandes, la coordination avec l’entrepôt ainsi que la production de rapports opérationnels.
Ce poste comporte une importante composante opérationnelle et administrative, avec un accent particulier sur les systèmes, l’exactitude des données et l’efficacité des processus. La personne retenue agira comme ressource partagée entre les équipes de logistique et de transport et contribuera à assurer une circulation précise et efficace de l’information dans l’ensemble de l’entreprise.
Nous recherchons une personne organisée, à l’aise avec la technologie, soucieuse du détail et capable de gérer plusieurs priorités dans un environnement dynamique.
Principales responsabilités
· Fournir un soutien opérationnel et administratif aux équipes de logistique et de transport
· Maintenir à jour et assurer l’exactitude des données liées aux expéditions, aux commandes et aux réceptions dans les systèmes internes
· Préparer et maintenir des rapports hebdomadaires sur le statut des commandes et des expéditions
· Utiliser Excel et les systèmes internes afin de suivre, organiser et analyser l’information opérationnelle
· Identifier les écarts, les problèmes
