Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with:

• IBM Sterling File Gateway (SFG) ,IBM Global Mailbox ,IBM Connect:Direct ,IBM Control Center

• SFG Routing Rules ,Code Lists ,Business Processes Partner Management

• SFTP ,AS2 ,MQ ,HTTP/S Connect:Direct ,Experience with partner onboarding and certificate management.

• Strong knowledge of: SSL/TLS ,PGP Encryption ,Secure Key Management ,Secure File Transmission

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting payment platforms, ACH, EFT, wire payments, or treasury management solutions.

• Knowledge of banking and financial services integrations.

• Experience with IBM Sterling Secure Proxy.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.

• Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation.

• Experience supporting highly available and disaster recovery-enabled Sterling environments.

• Knowledge of ISO 20022 and payment messaging standards.
