Fondée en 2017, Tarquti est une entreprise inuite à la tête de la transition énergétique du Nunavik. Elle développe et réalise des projets d’énergies renouvelables qui reflètent les idées, les intérêts et les valeurs de chaque communauté. Reconnue comme partenaire « privilégié et exclusif » d’Hydro-Québec, Tarquti a franchi une étape majeure le 13 mai dernier en signant ses premiers contrats d’approvisionnement en électricité avec Hydro-Québec pour ses projets éoliens à Quaqtaq et Puvirnituq. Ensemble, ces projets permettront de remplacer plus de 4,6 millions de litres de diesel par an, marquant un jalon important dans la croissance de Tarquti.

RESPONSABILITÉS

Effectuer le cycle comptable complet, incluant les écritures de journal, les rapprochements, les amortissements et les clôtures de fin de période.
Participer à la préparation des états financiers trimestriels et contribuer à la production des rapports annuels ainsi qu’aux audits.
Assurer le suivi de l’imputation des dépenses selon les différentes sociétés, sources de financement et divisions.
Soutenir les opérations inter sociétés, le suivi des projets d’immobilisations (travaux en cours) et la capitalisation des actifs.
Gérer les factures fournisseurs (validation des factures auprès des gestionnaires de projets et saisie dans Dynamics après approbation de la direction).
Préparer et gérer la facturation des différentes sociétés.
Gérer les comptes fournisseurs et préparer les paiements aux fournisseurs.
Participer à l’analyse des comptes des différentes divisions et sociétés.
Gérer les remises gouvernementales (TPS/TVQ) et effectuer les conciliations mensuelles pour l’ensemble des sociétés du groupe (5).
Participer à la préparation des rapports périodiques de subventions gouvernementales et des rapports liés au financement.

Requirements

Formation :

DEC en comptabilité ou certificat professionnel en comptabilité.
Expérience et connaissance recherchées :

Minimum de cinq (5) années d’expérience dans un poste comportant des responsabilités similaires.

Une expérience avec Microsoft Dynamics 365 constitue un atout. Compétences :

Fortes capacités en planification, organisation et budgétisation.

Esprit analytique, rigueur et précision.

Sens de l’organisation, autonomie et aptitude à gérer plusieurs priorités et projets.

Capacité à travailler sous pression et à respecter des échéanciers et polyvalence

Aptitudes marquées pour la communication, facilité à établir et maintenir de bonnes relations et à favoriser la collaboration.

Maîtrise des programmes de la suite Microsoft Office avec excellente maîtrise d’Excel et des outils de modélisation financière (tableaux croisés dynamiques, rapprochements).

La maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, est essentielle pour interagir efficacement avec l’ensemble des parties prenantes. La connaissance de l’inuktitut serait considérée comme un atout.

Founded in 2017, Tarquti is an Inuit-led company spearheading the energy transition in Nunavik. RESPONSIBILITIES

Complete accounting cycle, including journal entries, reconciliations, and amortizations.

Assist in preparation of quarterly financial statements and contribute to the production of annual reports and audits.

Monitor expenditure allocations according to the different companies, funding sources, and divisions.

Support intercompany transactions, capital project tracking (work in progress), and asset capitalization.

Managing of invoices from suppliers (approval of invoices from project mgrs., recording of invoices in Dynamics following approval by mgmt.).

Managing and preparing invoices in different companies.

Managing accounts payable and preparing payments to suppliers

Assisting in account analysis of the different divisions and companies.

Requirements

EXIGENCES

Formation :
