À propos du poste
Nous recherchons un(e) Gestionnaire de projet / Project Manager pour rejoindre notre équipe dans la région de Montréal, Québec.
Dans ce rôle, vous contribuerez à la planification, à la coordination et à la réalisation de projets liés à l’implantation de solutions logicielles et à la transformation numérique de nos clients.
Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec différentes équipes et parties prenantes afin d’assurer le bon déroulement des projets, le respect des échéanciers et une expérience client de qualité.
Profil recherché
Maîtrise professionnelle du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit.
Diplôme universitaire ou 2 à 4+ années d’expérience pertinente, certifications professionnelles ou formation spécialisée.
Expérience en gestion ou coordination de projets, idéalement dans un environnement technologique ou logiciel.
Expérience dans un environnement de conception et d’implantation de solutions logicielles.
Expérience de travail dans un environnement Agile.
Excellent sens de l’organisation, autonomie et orientation vers les résultats.
Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets et priorités simultanément dans des délais serrés.
Excellentes aptitudes en communication et capacité à collaborer efficacement avec des équipes et des parties prenantes diversifiées.
Résidence dans la région de Montréal, Québec.
Atouts
Certification Project Management Professional (PMP).
Expérience avec Kantata ou une solution similaire de gestion de projets et de ressources.
Expérience dans les secteurs AECO, BIM, construction, ingénierie ou architecture.

About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in the Montreal, Quebec area.
In this role, you will contribute to the planning, coordination and successful delivery of projects related to software implementation and our customers' digital transformation.
You will work closely with multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered effectively, timelines are managed and our customers receive a high-quality experience.
What We're Looking For
Professional proficiency in both French and English, written and spoken, is required.
University degree or 2 to 4+ years of relevant professional experience, professional certifications or specialized training.
Experience in project management or project coordination, preferably within a technology or software environment.
Experience in a software design and implementation environment.
Experience working within an Agile environment.
Strong organizational skills, self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while working within tight deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and respectfully with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Candidates should reside in the Montreal, Quebec area.
Nice to Have
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Experience with Kantata or a similar project and resource management platform.
Experience within the AECO, BIM, construction, engineering or architecture industries.
