Dans ce poste, vous serez responsable de la gestion des incidents SAP - Ventes & Distribution ainsi que des améliorations système soulevées dans le cadre du support global du système S/4 HANA de Glencore Nickel Zinc. Vous aurez l’occasion de mettre en valeur votre expérience dans les implémentations de bout en bout du module SD.

Vous gérerez la collecte des besoins d’affaires et configurerez SAP ou définirez les spécifications fonctionnelles afin d’y répondre.

En tant que membre d’une équipe globale, vous interagirez avec les équipes locales à Toronto ou Montréal (fonctionnelles et techniques), les équipes d’affaires réparties dans différentes régions, ainsi que les équipes fonctionnelles situées en Europe, au Canada et en Australie.

Plus précisément, vous devrez :

Appliquer des correctifs pour les incidents et contribuer à la livraison des améliorations système;
Traduire les besoins d’affaires en solutions possibles;
Communiquer avec le reste de l’équipe AMS et les équipes de projets globaux afin d’assurer l’alignement.

Avez-vous le profil recherché ?

Solide expérience en SAP Ventes & Distribution. Une intégration avec d’autres solutions de gestion du transport est souhaitée (idéalement Transporeon, mais non limitée à celle-ci);
Expérience démontrée dans la livraison réussie de projets;
Capacité à prendre des décisions solides et fiables dans des environnements complexes;
Fortes compétences interpersonnelles, capacité à développer rapidement des relations avec les parties prenantes locales et internationales afin de devenir un conseiller de confiance dans votre domaine;
Expérience SAP S/4 HANA incluant les applications Fiori dans Ventes & Distribution. Plusieurs applications sont utilisées sur appareils mobiles ou tablettes, une expérience dans ce domaine est un atout.

Langue : Étant donné le contexte international du poste, vous devez être capable de communiquer couramment en anglais et en français (oral et écrit). La connaissance d’autres langues est un atout.

Déplacements : Des déplacements occasionnels seront requis.

Récemment, la division Nickel Zinc de Glencore a entrepris un projet mondial de remplacement de systèmes avec la mise en place de SAP S/4 HANA et Coupa comme piliers principaux pour soutenir les opérations industrielles à l’échelle mondiale. La solution a été déployée dans certaines parties de l’entreprise au T4 2023 et nous poursuivons le déploiement global vers l’Australie, l’Espagne, le Royaume-Uni, l’Allemagne, l’Italie et le Canada.

L’équipe AMS globale est composée d’équipes fonctionnelles situées dans le nord de l’Espagne, en Australie et au Canada, ainsi que d’une équipe centrale basée à Malaga. Ce groupe soutient les utilisateurs à l’échelle mondiale en matière de gestion des applications.

The role in a nutshell

In this role, you will handle the SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) Incidents and System Enhancements raised as part of the global support of Glencore Nickel Zinc’s S/4 HANA system. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your experience in end-to-end implementations of SD.

You will manage business requirement gathering and configure SAP or define functional specifications to fulfill those.

As part of a global team, you will have to interact with the local team in Toronto or Montreal (functional and technical), business across different geographies, and local functional teams located in Europe, Canada and Australia.

More specifically, you will be expected to:

Apply fixes for Incidents and work in the delivery of System Enhancements;
Translate business requirements into solution alternatives;
Communicate with the rest of the AMS team and the global project teams to ensure alignment.

Do you have what it takes?

Strong background in SAP Sales & Distribution. Integration with other transportation management solutions is desirable (ideally Transporeon but not restricted to that);
Proven and demonstrated track record of successfully delivering projects;
Ability to make solid and reliable decisions in complex environments;
Strong interpersonal and soft skills, able to quickly develop relationships with all stakeholders; locally and globally, to become a trusted advisor in your field of expertise;
SAP S/4 HANA experience including Fiori apps in Sales & Distribution. Many of the apps being used are enabled through mobile devices or tablets so experience in that area is desirable.

Language : As you will be part of a global team, you must be able to communicate fluently in English (verbal and written). Knowledge of other languages such as French,is desirable.

Travel: Some occasional travelling will be required.

Recently, Glencore’s Nickel Zinc division has embarked in a system replacement globally with the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA and Coupa as the main backbone to support industrial business operations globally. The solution has been deployed in some parts of the business in Q4 2023 and we are continuing our journey to roll-out the global solution to all sites to cover Australia, Spain, UK, Germany, Italy and Canada.

The global AMS team is formed by functional teams located in the north of Spain, Australia and Canada , combined with a central team located in Malaga. This new Group supports the business users globally from an applications management support perspective.
