Chez First Onsite, nous ne faisons pas que restaurer des bâtiments - nous aidons les gens à se relever. Nous recherchons un(e) Superviseur(e) de projets prêt(e) à diriger sur le terrain, mobiliser les équipes et livrer des résultats là où chaque minute compte.

SUPERVISEUR DE PROJETS

Leader de terrain, vous excellez dans des environnements rapides où précision, collaboration et décisions comptent. De l'évaluation initiale à l'inspection finale, vous prenez en charge chaque projet avec rigueur et fierté.

Vous coordonnez les travaux sur site, dirigez les équipes et assurez une exécution sécuritaire, efficace et de qualité. Vous gérez les échéanciers, les ressources et les communications tout en offrant une expérience client exceptionnelle.

Au quotidien, vous ajustez les plans en temps réel, veillez au respect des normes (incluant IICRC) et collaborez étroitement avec chargés de projets, sous-traitants et clients.

Vous montrez l'exemple, renforcez la sécurité et assurez une documentation rigoureuse. Votre leadership transforme les plans en résultats - et chaque projet en succès.

Qualifications

2 à 3 ans d'expérience en construction, restauration ou domaine connexe
Bonne connaissance des travaux de reconstruction (eau, vent, moisissures, incendie, vandalisme)
Capacité à lire plans et devis
Connaissance des codes du bâtiment (un atout)
Expérience en coordination d'équipes et de sous-traitants
Solides compétences en communication et résolution de problèmes
Maîtrise de Microsoft Office et connaissance de Xactimate
Diplôme d'études secondaires (postsecondaire, un atout)
Permis de conduire valide
Disponibilité pour un horaire de garde
Capacité à effectuer du travail physique

PROJECT SUPERVISOR

At First Onsite, we don't just restore buildings, we help people rebuild their lives. We're looking for a Project Supervisor ready to lead from the front, mobilize teams, and deliver results where every minute matters.

You're a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments. From first assessment to final walkthrough, you own each project with pride.

You coordinate on-site work, lead crews, and ensure safe, efficient, high-quality execution. You manage schedules, resources, and communication while delivering a strong client experience.

Day to day, you adapt plans in real time, ensure compliance with company and IICRC standards, and collaborate with Project Managers, subcontractors, and clients.

You lead by example, reinforce safety, and maintain accurate documentation. You turn plans into results-and projects into success.

Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in construction, restoration, or related field
Knowledge of reconstruction (water, wind, mold, fire, vandalism)
Ability to read plans and scopes
Building code knowledge an asset
Experience coordinating crews and subcontractors
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Microsoft Office and Xactimate knowledge
High school diploma (post-secondary an asset)
Valid driver's license
On-call availability
Ability to perform physical work
