We’re looking for a Process Performance Consultant to drive technical excellence and deliver high-impact solutions for our industrial clients.
YOUR ROLE: MAKE AN IMPACT WHERE IT COUNTS !
As a Process Performance Consultant, you will work in close collaboration with the Technical Team Lead and the Project Manager to ensure that each project is not only a technical success, but also delivers strong economic value and a positive human impact. You will contribute to the analysis, optimization, and implementation of advanced process control solutions, supporting our clients in improving performance, efficiency, and reliability.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Perform study and audits to evaluate potential for energy and economic improvements of a process equipment or site along with the solutions to achieve them.
- Design, configure, test and commission advanced controls strategies and process solutions.
- Control loop optimization and process / process control issues troubleshooting.
- Design, configure and test dynamic high fidelity process simulations (Digital Twin).
- Performance monitoring and continuous improvement of implemented solutions.
- Prepare and perform training for customers.
- Report redaction.
- Presentation to customers.
IS THIS YOU? LET’S TALK.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Electrical, or a related Engineering field
- 3-8 years of engineering experience
- Relevant experience or exposure in a related field (Process Control, Instrumentation, Industrial Processes)
- Knowledge / Experience in industrial process.
- Knowledge / Experience in DCS or PLC configuration
- Knowledge / Experience in process control.
- Registered Professional Engineer (OIQ)
- Full professional fluency in English, both spoken and written, is essential for this role, along with a strong command of spoken and written French. These language skills are required, as our internal and external communications involve stakeholders who operate in both languages on a daily basis.

À titre de Consultant(e) en performance des procédés, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec le responsable technique et le chargé de projet afin d’assurer le succès des projets, tant sur le plan technique qu’économique et humain. Vous contribuerez à l’analyse, à l’optimisation et à la mise en œuvre de solutions de contrôle avancé, en accompagnant nos clients dans l’amélioration de leurs performances, de leur efficacité et de la fiabilité de leurs opérations.
VOS RESPONSABILITÉS CLÉS :
- Effectuer des études et audits pour déterminer le potentiel d’amélioration énergétique et économique d'un procédé, équipement ou site ainsi que les solutions pour l'atteindre.
- Concevoir, configurer, tester et mettre en service des stratégies de contrôle avancé et des solutions procédés.
- Procéder à de l'optimisation de boucles de contrôles et l'analyse de problématiques procédés ou contrôle.
- Concevoir, configurer et tester des simulations haute fidélité de procédés dynamiques (Digital Twin).
- Effectuer le suivi des performances et l'amélioration continue des solutions mises en place.
- Préparer et faire des formations pour les clients.
- Rédiger les rapports.
- Participer aux présentations clients.
VOUS ÊTES LA BONNE PERSONNE SI…
- Vous détenez un BAC en ingénierie (chimique, électrique, ou équivalent)
- Vous détenez 3 à 8 ans d’expérience pertinente en ingénierie
- Vous détenez une expérience ou exposition significative dans un domaine connexe (contrôle, instrumentation, procédés industriels)
- Vous détenez une bonne compréhension des procédés industriels
- Vous détenez de l'expérience en configuration de systèmes DCS ou PLC
- Vous êtes membre de l’Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ)
- Vous avez une excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, parlé et écrit : Ces compétences linguistiques sont requises puisque nos interlocuteurs et partenaires évoluent tant en français qu’en anglais, au quotidien.
