Estée Lauder Cosmetics is looking for an Online Retailers Coordinator for the corporate brands.
REPORTS TO: Online Manager
MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: The Online Retailers Coordinator will be responsible for the relationship with the eRetailers. Develop and implement digital online strategy and initiatives with key accounts such as Ici Paris XL or Douglas. Serve as Key contact person with the retailers to develop the partnerships with them. Overall responsibility for the excellence in execution of the planned activities and for protecting the brands equity on the Retailers eshops Coordinate with the Marketing teams of the different Brands in the Affiliate in order to create synergies and optimize results. Collaborate with the Key Account Managers of the brand teams in the development of specific actions to increase business performance against set ROI Define and execute sample strategy and online marketing offerings for the retailers Develop social media strategy with the retailers to support brands visibility In charge of the reporting to analyse results of the different actions
REQUIRED EDUCATION: Communication/marketing degree
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Online marketing experience E-commerce experience within a retailer and or within a brand
REQUIRED LANGUAGES: Fluent Dutch/French Good knowledge of English
OTHER SKILLS: Digital native (at ease with Social, digital tools) Strong ability to effectively negotiate, communicate and influence others Very strong written skills (copywriting/translations) Entrepreneurial spirit Flexible, Hands-on approach Good inter-personal and communication skills
