Responsable IA

Le Responsable IA sera responsable de définir la stratégie en intelligence artificielle et d'automatiser les processus d'une organisation de services professionnels de plus d'une centaine d'employés, au sein d'une nouvelle branche IA.

PLUS PRÉCISÉMENT

• Analyser les façons de travailler et les outils utilisés par les différentes équipes

• Définir la feuille de route IA et recommander les outils les mieux adaptés

• Concevoir des outils et des automatisations propulsés par l'IA

• Reprendre en charge et optimiser les automatisations existantes

• Animer des ateliers de formation et accompagner l'adoption de l'IA

• Piloter la gestion du changement liée aux nouvelles façons de travailler

• Encadrer un développeur IA au cœur d'une équipe TI d'environ 6 personnes

• Œuvrer dans un environnement sur Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT et Power Automate

PROFIL

• 10+ années d'expérience professionnelle en TI

• Expérience concrète dans la réalisation de projets en intelligence artificielle (IA)

• Maîtrise des outils d'IA générative (Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT)

• Bonnes connaissances en Power Automate et Power BI

• Expérience en environnement de services professionnels ou de secteur public

• Aisance à conjuguer vision stratégique et réalisation technique concrète

• Leadership mobilisateur et expertise en gestion du changement

• Excellentes habiletés de communication et de vulgarisation

• Expérience en gestion d'équipe (atout)

• Connaissances en Python et en interfaces de programmation (API) (atout)

• BAC en informatique ou l'équivalent

• Bilinguisme requis (Français et Anglais)

The AI Lead will be responsible for defining the artificial intelligence strategy and automating processes for a professional services organization of over 100 employees, within a new AI branch.

MORE PRECISELY

• Analyze how the various teams work and the tools they use

• Define the AI roadmap and recommend the best-suited tools

• Design AI-powered tools and automations

• Take over and optimize existing automations

• Lead training workshops and support employees in adopting AI

• Drive change management related to new ways of working

• Supervise an AI developer within an IT team of about 6 people

• Work in an environment based on Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT and Power Automate

PROFILE

• 10+ years of professional experience in IT

• Experience delivering concrete artificial intelligence (AI) projects

• Mastery of generative AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT)

• Good knowledge of Power Automate and Power BI

• Experience in a professional services or public sector environment

• Ability to combine strategic vision with hands-on technical delivery

• Inspiring leadership and expertise in change management

• Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex concepts

• Team management experience (asset)

• Knowledge of Python and application programming interfaces (API) (asset)

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

• Bilingualism required (French and English)
