L’Analyste d’Affaires ERP sera responsable d’accompagner des clients dans l’implantation et l’optimisation de solutions ERP financières, au sein d’une équipe TI d’environ 10 personnes.

- Analyser les processus financiers des clients pour cibler des optimisations
- Animer des ateliers de récolte des besoins avec les équipes finance
- Rédiger des spécifications fonctionnelles bilingues (français et anglais)
- Paramétrer le volet financier de la solution ERP
- Réaliser des tests fonctionnels rigoureux avant chaque déploiement
- Accompagner les équipes clientes dans l’adoption des nouveaux outils ERP
- Travailler au cœur d’une équipe d’environ 10 personnes
- Œuvrer dans un environnement basé sur des ERP financiers (ex. Sage X3)
PROFIL
- 10+ années d’expérience en analyse d’affaires ERP, volet financier
- Vécu pratique en implantation de solutions ERP (Sage X3, un atout)
- Connaissance approfondie des processus comptables (grand livre, AP/AR)
- Confortable dans un contexte multi-clients avec plusieurs projets en parallèle
- Grande facilité de communication avec des interlocuteurs variés
- Rigueur, autonomie et bon jugement dans la gestion des priorités
- Certification CBAP ou équivalent en analyse d’affaires (atout)
- BAC en finance, comptabilité ou équivalent
- Bilinguisme requis (Français et Anglais)

The ERP Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting clients with the implementation and optimization of financial ERP solutions, within an IT team of about 10 people.

- Analyze clients’ financial processes to identify optimization opportunities
- Lead requirements-gathering workshops with finance teams
- Write bilingual functional specifications (French and English)
- Configure the financial component of the ERP solution
- Perform rigorous functional testing before each deployment
- Support client teams in adopting new ERP tools
- Contribute within a team of about 10 people
- Work in an environment built around financial ERP solutions (e.g. Sage X3)
PROFILE
- 10+ years of experience in ERP business analysis, financial component
- Hands-on experience implementing ERP solutions (Sage X3, an asset)
- Strong understanding of accounting processes (general ledger, AP/AR)
- Comfortable in a multi-client setting with several projects running in parallel
- Strong communication skills with a wide range of stakeholders
- Rigour, autonomy, and sound judgment in managing priorities
- CBAP certification or equivalent in business analysis (an asset)
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or equivalent
- Bilingualism required (French and English)
