🇨🇦 Project Manager – Renewable Energy H/F

PRODEVAL, groupe industriel français spécialisé dans les technologies de valorisation du biogaz et de production de biométhane, poursuit son développement en Amérique du Nord.
Dans ce contexte, nous recherchons un(e) Project Manager pour rejoindre PRODEVAL North America et piloter des projets industriels au Canada, avec des interventions ponctuelles aux États-Unis.
Votre mission
Vous prenez en charge les projets de leur lancement jusqu’à leur livraison et mise en service :
- Piloter les budgets, plannings, coûts et délais.
- Coordonner les équipes internes, clients, fournisseurs et sous-traitants.
- Assurer le suivi technique et opérationnel des projets et des chantiers.
- Être l’interlocuteur principal du client tout au long du projet.
- Coordonner les phases de conception, livraison, installation et mise en service.
- Superviser les interfaces techniques : mécanique, électricité, instrumentation et contrôle-commande.
- Veiller au respect des exigences qualité, sécurité et réglementaires.
- Identifier et suivre les risques techniques, opérationnels et financiers.
- Assurer le suivi de la documentation, de la facturation et des coûts projet.
- Organiser les phases de réception et capitaliser les retours d’expérience.
Votre profil
- Formation Ingénieur en mécanique, électricité, génie chimique ou domaine industriel.
- 3 ans minimum d’expérience en gestion de projets industriels.
- Expérience dans la coordination de projets techniques complexes.
- Bonne maîtrise du suivi des budgets, plannings, fournisseurs et sous-traitants.
- Autonomie, rigueur, organisation et sens du client.
- Une expérience dans le biogaz, biométhane, énergie, Oil & Gas ou procédés industriels constitue un atout.
- Français et anglais courants.
- Mobilité pour des déplacements ponctuels au Canada et aux États-Unis.

PRODEVAL, a French industrial group specializing in biogas upgrading and biomethane production technologies, is expanding its operations in North America.
As part of this growth, we are looking for a Project Manager to join PRODEVAL North America and manage industrial projects across Canada, with occasional assignments in the United States.
Your Mission
You will be responsible for managing projects from handover through delivery and commissioning:
- Manage project budgets, schedules, costs and deadlines.
- Coordinate internal teams, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Monitor the technical and operational progress of projects and construction sites.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project.
- Coordinate design, delivery, installation and commissioning phases.
- Oversee technical interfaces including mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and control systems.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety and local regulatory requirements.
- Identify and manage technical, operational and financial risks.
- Ensure proper project documentation, invoicing and cost tracking.
- Organize project acceptance and lessons-learned reviews.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, ideally Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial project management.
- Experience managing complex technical projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of project budgets, schedules, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Autonomous, proactive and customer-oriented.
- Experience in biogas, biomethane, renewable energy, Oil & Gas or industrial processes is an advantage.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Willingness to travel occasionally across Canada and the United States.
