À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien ?
- Planifie, rédige et développe les instructions de montage informatisées (eCATES).
- Définit le procédé de montage, l'outillage et l'équipement d'essais nécessaires pour monter les modules et les moteurs conformément aux normes de qualité et aux ingénieries.
- Interprète les dessins complexes, les documents et les spécifications d'ingénierie.
- Entretient un lien étroit avec l'ingénierie pour la création des instructions et des séquences des essais moteur.
- Incorpore les alertes qualité et les changements d'ingénierie.
- Supporte la production dans l'amélioration des procédés d'assemblage et la préparation de la production.
- Supporte la production dans le maintien et l'amélioration des séquences de test moteur.
- Mène ou participe à une clinique qualité pour assurer le suivi des indicateurs de performance du département.
Qu’est-ce qu’il vous faut pour réussir ?
- Être éligible à travailler au Canada.
- Être en mesure de travailler sur place dans la province où vous êtes embauché, le cas échéant.
- Diplôme dans le domaine du génie aéronautique, génie mécanique ou génie industriel.
- Maîtriser la langue officielle et posséder d'excellentes aptitudes en communication en français.
- Une bonne connaissance de la langue anglaise, à l’écrit et à l’oral, est requise pour ce poste compte tenu des besoins opérationnels.

Why join our team?
You will report to the Technical Supervisor. You will be responsible for performing varied and complex tasks in the manufacturing and testing of aeronautical engines by ensuring that you provide the right support, both technical and operational with our line assemblers and our customers. You will also be required to adapt new procedures, tools, materials and/or equipment in order to meet the requirements.
The position is based at our Mirabel location, covering 20 hours on weekends and 20 hours on week days, mainly on-site.
What will your day-to-day look like?
- Plans, writes, and develops assembly & test instructions using eCATES.
- Defines the assembly process, tooling, and test equipment necessary to assemble modules and engines conforming to quality and engineering standards.
- Interprets complex drawings, documents, and engineering specifications.
- Maintains a close relationship with engineering in regards to test instruction creation.
- Incorporates quality alerts & engineering design changes.
- Supports production through the improvement of assembly procedures and production readiness.
- Supports production in the maintenance and improvement of test instructions.
- The first point of contact for the creation of temporary assemblies and test procedures during an investigation.
- Leads or participates in a quality clinic to assure the maintenance of key performance indicators.
What do you need to be successful?

- Be able to work on-site in the province where you are hired if applicable.
- Diploma in aeronautical, mechanical, or industrial engineering fields.
Speaking and writing in French and English is required as well as possessing excellent communication skills.
