L’entreprise manufacturière recherche un·e Analyste des coûts rigoureux·se et analytique pour se joindre à l’équipe des Finances. La personne jouera un rôle clé dans l’évaluation des inventaires, l’analyse des coûts, le soutien à la production de rapports financiers et la participation à des initiatives opérationnelles majeures, dont la mise en place d’un nouveau système ERP. Elle collaborera étroitement avec les équipes des Finances et des Opérations afin d’assurer l’exactitude des informations de coûts et de soutenir la prise de décision.
Responsabilités
- Effectuer l’évaluation des inventaires et soutenir la conciliation des inventaires physiques avec le grand livre général jusqu’en décembre 2026.
- Analyser les écarts d’utilisation de matières et enquêter sur les gains et pertes de matières.
- Participer aux activités de calcul des coûts de produits et maintenir les listes de prix des produits commerciaux.
- Soutenir les activités de clôture de fin de mois et de fin d’année liées aux inventaires et à la comptabilité des coûts.
- Préparer et analyser des rapports financiers liés aux coûts de fabrication et à la performance des inventaires.
- À partir de janvier 2027, contribuer à l’implantation et à l’optimisation du nouveau système ERP (IFS).
- Développer, améliorer et maintenir des outils, rapports et modèles financiers basés sur Excel pour soutenir les processus d’affaires.
- Collaborer avec des équipes multidisciplinaires afin d’améliorer l’intégrité des données et les capacités de reporting dans le nouveau système.
- Valider les paiements sur une base hebdomadaire et s’assurer que toute l’information traitée respecte les politiques et procédures internes.
- Soutenir les responsables financiers dans les analyses financières, les rapports, la budgétisation et les projets spéciaux ad hoc.
- Participer à des initiatives d’amélioration continue visant à renforcer les contrôles financiers et l’efficacité opérationnelle.
- Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe au besoin pour soutenir le département des Finances.
Compétences Essentielles
- Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience en comptabilité de coûts, analyse de coûts ou comptabilité manufacturière, idéalement dans une entreprise de fabrication.
- Expérience préalable dans un environnement manufacturier.
- Excellente compréhension de la comptabilité et de l’évaluation des inventaires.
- Solide maîtrise du coût standard et de l’analyse des écarts.
- Bonne compréhension des processus manufacturiers et des structures de coûts.
- Expérience en conciliations du grand livre général.
- Maîtrise avancée de Microsoft Excel, incluant les tableaux croisés dynamiques (pivot tables), VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP et les formules complexes.
- Expérience en analyse de données et en production de rapports financiers.
- Solides compétences analytiques, organisationnelles et en résolution de problèmes.
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément et à travailler de manière autonome dans un environnement dynamique.
- Compétences démontrées en analyse de coûts, reporting financier, gestion des inventaires et réconciliation.
Compétences Supplémentaires & qualifications
- Baccalauréat en comptabilité, finance, commerce ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Titre CPA complété ou en cours (atout).
- Expérience en soutien à des implantations d’ERP ou à des migrations de systèmes (atout).
- Expérience avec un ERP manufacturier tel qu’IFS, SAP ou d’autres systèmes similaires (atout).
- Connaissance des initiatives d’amélioration des processus financiers et de transformation d’affaires (atout).

Environnement De Travail
Le poste se situe au siège social du département des Finances, au sein d’une équipe d’environ 20 personnes, dont une équipe dédiée de 6 analystes des coûts. Le rôle nécessite une habilitation de sécurité de type CGD. L’horaire de travail se situe généralement entre 37,5 et 40 heures par semaine, selon la charge de travail et les périodes de pointe (par exemple, clôtures de fin de mois et de fin d’année). Après la période de formation, le mode de travail prévoit trois journées par semaine au bureau, avec un certain niveau de flexibilité selon les besoins opérationnels. L’organisation est en pleine transformation numérique et implante un nouveau système ERP (IFS), ce qui offre un environnement stimulant, axé sur l’amélioration des systèmes, l’intégrité des données et l’efficacité des processus.
