Dans ce rôle stimulant, l'acheteur tactique agit comme le lien clé entre l'achat stratégique et la production, assurant un approvisionnement continu à la chaîne de montage de l'usine de fabrication à Saint-Eustache. Le titulaire est responsable de l'achat tactique, de l'exécution des bons de commande, du suivi des fournisseurs, du contrôle des stocks et de la gestion des risques en adéquation avec les besoins de production.
Responsabilités
- Analyser les besoins en matériel et générer des bons de commande dans Vernet (ERP interne) en fonction des besoins calculés.
- Gérer les blocages de bons de commande liés aux prix en coordonnant avec les acheteurs stratégiques.
- Placer en moyenne jusqu'à 20 bons de commande par jour, selon la marchandise.
- Travailler avec 5 à 10 fournisseurs selon la marchandise attribuée.
- Escalader les livraisons tardives des fournisseurs au chef d'équipe si nécessaire.
- Négocier la fréquence des livraisons, les modes de transport, les conditions et l'emballage avec les fournisseurs.
- Suivre les expéditions pour garantir une livraison à temps conformément aux calendriers de production.
- Faire un suivi sur les commandes retardées, les problèmes de qualité et la performance des fournisseurs.
- Émettre des demandes d'action corrective liées à la logistique aux fournisseurs.
- Collaborer avec la qualité et les fournisseurs sur les rapports de non-conformité pour déterminer la disposition des pièces.
- Contrôler les niveaux d'inventaire et déterminer les paramètres de planification.
- Analyser l'impact des changements d'ingénierie ou des introductions de nouvelles pièces.
- Déterminer les points d'efficacité pour minimiser l'obsolescence et les pénuries.
- Calculer les dernières dates de fin pour les nouvelles introductions de pièces.
- Prendre des mesures dans le système ERP pour avancer ou retarder les éléments en fonction des priorités de production.
- Assurer la réception et la réconciliation précises des matériaux dans le système.
- Suivre les retours, les réparations et le réusinage des pièces.
- Préparer des rapports de disparité et des rapports KPI en utilisant Excel (y compris VLOOKUPs et tableaux croisés dynamiques).
- Revoir les éléments à risque ou non confirmés dans le cadre de la gestion de la performance des KPI.
- Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes requises par la fonction.
Compétences Essentielles
- 2 à 3 ans d'expérience en achat dans un environnement de fabrication.
- AEC ou DEC en logistique, chaîne d'approvisionnement, administration ou domaine connexe.
- Compétences solides en Excel (VLOOKUP, tableaux croisés dynamiques).
- Expérience en tant qu'acheteur tactique / planificateur logistique.
- À l'aise de travailler dans un environnement de fabrication ERP / MRP.

- Connaissance des systèmes MRP de fabrication.

In this stimulating role, the Tactical Buyer acts as the key link between Strategic Purchasing and Production, ensuring uninterrupted supply to the assembly line at the Saint-Eustache manufacturing facility. The incumbent is responsible for tactical buying, purchase order execution, supplier follow-up, inventory control, and risk management aligned with production needs.
Responsibilities
- Analyze material requirements and generate purchase orders in Vernet (internal ERP) based on calculated needs.
- Manage purchase order blocks related to pricing by coordinating with Strategic Buyers.
- Place an average of up to 20 purchase orders per day, depending on commodity.
- Work with 5 to 10 suppliers depending on the assigned commodity.
- Escalate late supplier deliveries to the Team Lead when required.
- Negotiate delivery frequency, transportation modes, conditions, and packaging with suppliers.
- Track shipments to ensure on-time delivery aligned with production schedules.
- Follow up on delayed orders, quality issues, and supplier performance.
- Issue logistics-related corrective action requests to suppliers.
- Collaborate with Quality and suppliers on Non-Conformance Reports to determine disposition of parts.
- Control inventory levels and determine planning parameters.
- Analyze the impact of engineering changes or new part introductions.
- Determine effectivity points to minimize obsolescence and shortages.
- Calculate latest end dates for new part introductions.
- Take action in the ERP system to advance or delay items based on production priorities.
- Ensure accurate receipt and reconciliation of materials in the system.
- Track returns, repairs, and re-machining of parts.
- Prepare discrepancy and KPI reports using Excel (including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables).
- Review items at risk or not confirmed as part of KPI performance management.
- Perform any other related tasks required by the function.
Essential Skills
