Tammy Boyko and Carlan Wilbon with Aplin are partnering with our client to find a reliable and detail-oriented Bilingual Administrative Representative to join their team in Montreal. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range is $42,000–$44,000 per year, depending on experience

Responsibilities- Process and maintain participant / member information, including registrations and updates to personal and demographic information
- Update records when changes occur, including addresses, beneficiary information, and other account details
- Process incoming and returned mail, including researching and following up on invalid or incomplete information
- Contact individuals by phone and email to obtain updated contact information when required
- Respond to telephone and email inquiries in a professional and helpful manner
- Prepare and manage routine correspondence
- Process payments and related administrative documentation
- Scan, organize, and electronically file documents and records
- Process outgoing mail and other administrative correspondence
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with applicable privacy requirements
- Assist with various administrative tasks and projects as required
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications- High school diploma with 1–2 years of related administrative, accounting or customer service experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience as a Bilingual Pension Administrator is an asset however training will be provided
- Bilingual in French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages
- Previous customer service experience with a positive, professional, and approachable manner
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues and management
- Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training as needed

Responsabilités
- Traiter et tenir à jour les renseignements sur les participants/membres, notamment les inscriptions et les modifications aux renseignements personnels et démographiques
- Mettre à jour les dossiers lorsque des changements surviennent, notamment les adresses, les renseignements sur les bénéficiaires et autres renseignements liés aux comptes

- Répondre aux demandes de renseignements par téléphone et par courriel de manière professionnelle et courtoise
- Préparer et gérer la correspondance courante
- Traiter les paiements et les documents administratifs connexes
- Numériser, organiser et classer électroniquement les documents et les dossiers
- Traiter le courrier sortant et autres communications administratives
- Tenir des dossiers exacts et confidentiels conformément aux exigences applicables en matière de protection des renseignements personnels
- Participer à diverses tâches et projets administratifs, au besoin
- Effectuer toute autre tâche administrative connexe assignée
Qualifications
- Diplôme d’études secondaires et 1 à 2 ans d’expérience pertinente en administration, en comptabilité ou en service à la clientèle, ou une combinaison équivalente de formation et d’expérience
- Une expérience à titre d’administrateur(trice) de régimes de retraite bilingue est un atout, mais une formation sera offerte
- Bilinguisme français et anglais, avec d’excellentes aptitudes à communiquer oralement et par écrit dans les deux langues
- Expérience antérieure en service à la clientèle, avec une attitude positive, professionnelle et accessible
- Grande attention aux détails et souci de l’exactitude
- Excellentes compétences en organisation et en gestion du temps
- Solides aptitudes interpersonnelles et capacité à établir de bonnes relations de travail avec les collègues et la direction
- Aisance à traiter des renseignements confidentiels et sensibles
- Connaissances de base de Microsoft Word et Excel
- Volonté de participer à la formation continue au besoin
