Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un Gestionnaire de Programme, Service à la Clientèle, Support programme A220 pour rejoindre notre équipe Efficacité de la Flotte basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada), où vous travaillerez conjointement avec les équipes d'ingénierie, de programme, nos fournisseurs et nos clients afin d’améliorer la performance de la flotte A220 en service.
Vous ferez partie de l’équipe Efficacité de la Flotte dont la mission de base est d’assurer un fonctionnement sûr et économique de la flotte en service.
L'organisation de l'équipe est établie de manière à promouvoir la collaboration transversale de manière autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.
Votre rôle en tant que Gestionnaire de Programme, Service à la Clientèle sera de:
- Faire le suivi des solutions aux problèmes majeurs en service (Major In-Service Problem, Significant In-Service Problem) en maitrisant les critères de délai, coût et performances;
- Définir et implémenter les actions pour maintenir la performance de la flotte en service (Fiabilité opérationnelle) à la valeur cible;
- Participer aux actions contribuant à assurer la sécurité de la flotte en service.

Vos défis:
- Contribuer à l'analyse des principaux événements en service et des solutions, identifier et mettre en œuvre le plan d'implémentation des mesures d'atténuation et des solutions et diriger avec le soutien de l'ingénierie en service et des Opérations en vol la définition du plan de communication approprié aux clients (TFU, AOT , OEB, webinaires…);
- S'assurer que les impacts du service à la clientèle et les livrables requis sont bien connus et compris pour chaque modification d'avion proposée, déterminer et préparer la stratégie de mise en œuvre (politique SB, campagnes d'incorporation...) qui sera validé au CCB;
- Identifier les candidats MISP et, lors du lancement du MISP, devenir le chef de projet de bout en bout avec l'objectif de fournir une solution techniquement et économiquement solide dans un délai raisonnable;
- Contribuer à l'analyse récurrente de la performance de la flotte (Fiabilité opérationnelle et des composants, Coûts de maintenance, Consommation de carburant,…), identifier les écarts par rapport aux objectifs et lancer les actions d'amélioration ou de redressement appropriées, y compris l'intégration de la solution dans la flotte;
- Être le point focal pour les gestionnaires de flotte des clients A220;
- Être en charge d'un ou plusieurs comptes clients;
- Organiser les réunions de revue de flotte et contribuer aux réunions de revue technique (FRM/TRM) pour les clients alloués.
- Contribuer à la gestion de l'interface avec le programme central de l’A220.
Votre profil:
- Vous possédez un diplôme en génie aérospatial ou équivalent ou une licence en entretien d`aéronef;
- Vous avez un minimum de cinq (5) années d'expérience en ingénierie et/ou en exploitation d'aéronefs;
- Vous avez de l'expérience dans la gestion de projets multidisciplinaires importants;
- Vous possédez une expérience significative dans l'interaction avec les clients des compagnies aériennes et la gestion des relations;
- Une expérience Airbus et/ou A220 et/ou Service Clients est un atout certain;
- Vous êtes axé sur le client et se comporter avec intégrité à tout moment sans compromis;
- Vous possédez d'excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et de communication et traiter les gens avec respect;
- Vous avez un souci du développement des personnes et valorisation de la contribution de chacun;
Ce poste peut impliquer des déplacements professionnels dans le monde entier.
En raison du secteur d’activité (aéronautique), de multiples contacts avec des entités Airbus situées dans le monde entier, et d’interactions avec les fournisseurs et clients également situés dans le monde entier, la connaissance de l’anglais est demandée dans ce poste.

The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a Customer Services - Program Manager to join our Fleet Efficiency team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will jointly work with our engineering and program teams, our suppliers and our customers with the objective to improve the A220 fleet performance in service.
You will be part of the Fleet Efficiency team whose mission is to ensure safe & economic operation of the fleet in-service.
The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.
Your role as Program Manager, Customer Services will be to:
- Follow up on solutions to Major In-Service Problems (MISP) (time, cost, performance)
- Define and implement actions to sustain the in-service fleet OR (Operational Reliability) performance at the target value
- Participate to the actions contributing to ensure safety of the in-service fleet

Your challenges:
- You contribute to the analysis of the major in-service events and the solutions, identifies and implements mitigations and solutions embodiment plan and leads with the support from ISE and F/ops the definition of the proper communication plan to customers;
- You are in charge of ensuring that Customer Services impacts and required deliverables are well known and understood for each proposed aircraft modification, and also responsible to determine and prepare the implementation strategy (SB policy, embodiment campaigns...) that will be validated at CCB;
- You monitor the fleet issues, mainly through the management of the FAIR Forum (Forum with Airlines For Interactive Resolution) and through a good interface with In-Service Engineering, identifies the candidate MISP and when MISP is launched, becomes the end-to-end Project Leader with the objective of delivering a technically and economically sound solution within a reasonable timeframe;
- You contribute to the recurring analysis of the fleet performance (Operational Reliability, Component reliability, Maintenance costs, Fuel consumption,…), identifies deviations from targets, and launches appropriate improvement or recovery actions, including embodiment of solution in the fleet;
- You are the focal point for A220 Customer fleet managers;
- You are in charge of one or several customer accounts;
- You contribute to technical Review Meetings (FRM/TRM) for allocated Customers;
- You contribute to managing the interface with A220 Family Central Program.
Your boarding pass:
- You possess an Aerospace Engineering degree or equivalent or an Aircraft mechanics license;
- You have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in Engineering and/or aircraft operation;
- You have experience in managing important multi-disciplinary projects;
- You demonstrate significant experience in interacting with Airline customers and managing relationships;
- You are customer focused and behave with integrity at all times with no compromise;
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and treat people with respect;
- You have a proven leadership and negotiation abilities to effectively challenge established plans;
- You are synthetic and rigorous mindset, with the ability to anticipate and manage technical and financial risks;
- You have an In-depth knowledge of one or more A220 systems (considered as an asset).
This role may involve some travels for business (worldwide).
Due to the sector of activity (aerospace), frequent contacts with Airbus entities worldwide, and interactions with suppliers and clients also located across the globe, proficiency in English is required for this position.
