Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un ou une responsable technique Skywise pour rejoindre notre équipe de Digitalisation et Innovation industrielle basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada), où vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de performance, de digitalisation et les opérations.
Vous ferez partie de l'équipe Digitalisation et Innovation industrielle, responsable de projets orientés Industrie 5.0 visant à maintenir notre production à la pointe de l'industrie. L'organisation de l'équipe favorise une collaboration transversale autonome, encourageant l'entraide et l'apprentissage collectif.
Votre rôle en tant que responsable technique Skywise sera de développer et maintenir améliorer des applications sur la plateforme Skywise (Palantir Foundry).

Vos défis:
- Concevoir et déployer de nouvelles applications au sein de l'écosystème Skywise;
- Assurer la maintenance évolutive et corrective des solutions existantes pour garantir leur performance;
- Développer des applications web en garantissant une qualité de code optimale;
- Mentorer et coacher une petite équipe de développement Skywise;
- Contribuer à l'architecture technique et à la conception des nouvelles solutions sur la plateforme;
- Garantir la qualité du code, effectuer les revues de code et gérer les priorités de développement;
- Collaborer avec les parties prenantes pour définir les besoins et les indicateurs de performance.
Votre profil:
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme de niveau Baccalauréat ou supérieur en informatique, génie logiciel ou dans une discipline apparentée;
- Vous avez une expérience confirmée en développement full-stack;
- Vous avez une maîtrise démontrée des langages Python, JavaScript et SQL (une expérience avec PySpark est un plus);
- Vous avez de solides connaissances en conception graphique et UI/UX;
- Vous êtes autonome, rigoureux(se) et motivé(e) par la gestion technique d'équipe;
- Vous avez idéalement une expérience avec la plateforme Skywise ou tout autre environnement Palantir Foundry;
- Vous avez un niveau avancé en français et en anglais.

The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a Skywise tech lead to join our Digital and Industrial innovation team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will work in close collaboration with the Performance, Digitalization, and Operations teams.
You will be part of the Digital and Industrial innovation team responsible for Industry 5.0-oriented projects designed to keep our production at the forefront of the industry. The team is organized to promote autonomous cross-functional collaboration, fostering mutual support and collective learning.

As a Skywise tech lead, your role will be to develop and maintain applications on the Skywise (Palantir Foundry) platform.

Your challenges:
- Design and deploy new applications within the Skywise ecosystem;
- Maintain and improve existing solutions to ensure optimal performance (both corrective and evolutionary maintenance);
- Develop web-based applications while maintaining high code quality standards;
- Mentor and coach a small Skywise development team;
- Assist in defining technical architecture and designing new solutions on the platform;
- Ensure code quality, conduct code reviews, and manage development priorities;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Your boarding pass:
- You have a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field;
- You have proven experience in full-stack development;
- You have demonstrated expertise in Python, JavaScript, and SQL (experience with PySpark is a plus);
- You have strong knowledge in Graphic Design and UI/UX;
- You are highly autonomous, detail-oriented, and motivated by technical team management;
- You ideally have experience with the Skywise platform or any Palantir Foundry environment;
- You have advanced proficiency in both French and English.
