Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche 1 agent méthode pièce unique avion (RNC) pour rejoindre notre équipe outillage basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada), où vous travaillerez conjointement avec les départements méthodes afin de rencontrer leur requis.
Vous ferez partie de l’équipe outillage et chargé de créer les gammes de fabrication et la mise en service de pièces uniques nécessaires à la production.
L'organisation de l'équipe est établie de manière à promouvoir la collaboration transversale de manière autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.
Votre rôle en tant qu'agent méthode sera d'évaluer les demandes entrantes pour la fabrication de pièces uniques avion suivant non-conformité, évaluer si les capacités en interne sont suffisantes, émettre des gammes de fabrication ainsi que suivre avec les corps de métier en interne les opérations de transformation de matière

Vos Défis
- Analyser les demandes et vérifier si Airbus Canada a la capabilité en interne;
- Accompagner les différents corps de métier afin de rencontrer le planning de production4;
- Revue de processus et assistance à la planification;
- Assister la coordonnatrice au besoin ;
- Maitrise la communication avec les clients (internes et externes).
Votre Profil
- Vous détenez un diplôme d'études (CEGEP, BAC) en ingénierie ou mécanique;
- Expérience en création de gamme de fabrication;
- Vous possédez un minimum de 5 années d'expérience dans le secteur industriel ou dans un poste similaire, toutes les combinaisons de formation et d'expérience pertinentes pourraient être envisagées;
- Expérience en fabrication et processus qualité (aéronautique un atout);
- Expérience en estimation de temps de cycle;
- Connaissance des processus de production, pliage, usinage ;
- Connaissance et expérience des traitements de surface / thermiques;
- Connaissance de SAP (Atout);
- Disponibilité de fin de semaine à l’occasion pour requis opérationnels ;
- Vous êtes reconnu pour votre fiabilité et autonomie dans le travail ainsi que votre habilité de travailler en équipe;
- Vous maîtrisez le français et l’anglais, un atout.

Possibilité d'astreinte pendant les week-ends et/ou les périodes de vacances.

The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for 1 method agent of unique aircraft part manufacturing to join our tooling department team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will work jointly with method groups in order to supply tools for the assembly lines of Mirabel and Mobile.
You will be a member of the tooling team, responsible for coordinating the planning, manufacturing, and commissioning of unique aircraft parts required for production.
The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.
Your role as method agent, you will assess incoming requests for the manufacturing of unique aircraft parts in response to non-conformities, determine whether internal capabilities are adequate, develop manufacturing processes and follow-up with internal trades for material transformation operations
.

Your Challenges
- Evaluate the requests and ascertain whether Airbus Canada possesses the necessary internal capabilities;
- Support various trades (or departments) to ensure production schedules are met;
- Conduct process reviews and assist in planning activities.;
- Assist the coordinator as required;
- Ensure effective communication with both internal and external clients.
Your Boarding Pass
- You hold a degree in engineering or mechanical studies (CEGEP, Bachelor's);
- You have experience in developing manufacturing processes;
- You possess a minimum of five years of experience in the industrial sector or in a similar role, with all relevant combinations of education and experience being considered.
- You have experience in manufacturing and quality processes, with aerospace experience being an advantage;
- You are skilled in cycle time estimation;
- You have knowledge of production processes, including bending and machining;
- You are familiar with surface and thermal treatments;
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus.;
- You are occasionally available on weekends for operational requirements;
- You are recognized for your reliability and autonomy in your work, as well as your ability to work effectively in a team;
- Proficiency in both French and English is an asset.
Travel Required: Occasional travel within Canada.
