Job Title: Project Manager
Job Description
The Project Manager is responsible for leading multidisciplinary engineering projects from initiation through commissioning and closeout. This role coordinates engineering, procurement, manufacturing, quality, logistics, and customer stakeholders to ensure successful project execution while meeting financial, schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction objectives. The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders and provides leadership to project teams to achieve project goals while managing risks, resources, budgets, and schedules. The projects will vary in size and scope but end customers are various medical manufacturing companies as well as medical packaging companies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource forecasts while considering commercial, technical, legal, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria.
- Lead project kick-off meetings and establish communication plans.
- Coordinate all phases of project execution from concept through commissioning.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as required.
- Manage project change requests and ensure proper documentation and approvals.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and provide status reports.
- Prepare and present project status reports to leadership.
- Manage customer expectations regarding scope, schedule, cost, and risk.
- Coordinate communication between internal departments.
- Identify project risks, maintain risks and issues log, implement risk mitigation strategies, and report/escalate issues to management as needed.
- Adhere to Environmental, Health & Safety Policies, Quality Management System, and any other organizational procedures.
- Ensure proper project documentation is maintained and support project audits.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
Essential Skills
- 5-10 years of experience managing industrial projects (e.g., conveyor, PLC, etc.)
- Experience interacting with multiple stakeholders including internal teams and customer management
- Managing multiple concurrent projects with budgets ranging from 100k to 6 million
- Project management skills
- Client interaction experience
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- PMP certification
- Experience using MS Projects

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $44.00 - $60.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
